Shipping policy

At Wild Manor, all orders are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner Contrado, who ship worldwide using trusted international carriers including FedEx, DHL, and TNT.

Delivery Timeframes Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase — including New Zealand and international destinations. This is an estimate and occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs processing.

Tracked Shipping All orders are sent with tracked shipping as standard. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Order Production As each item is made to order, production begins immediately after your order is placed. Please allow a short production window before dispatch.
